So, I won't bore you with each detail, but I have to say Woah! about the herbal blend I drank. It was salty and spicy...difficult to swallow. But we both managed it. And I had my first grapefruit, too. Not too bad. Much tastier than the other stuff.
Walked Bodhi, only made it for a short walk, mostly because I felt as if I might need a bathroom at any moment. Poor dog is used to those 3 mile mornings...
